I want to share with you some things about me ...
In my childhood, I was a gymnast and studied music, piano, drawing and ballet. At the age of 16, I received a scholarship and moved to Germany, to study dance at the "John Cranko Schule" high school in Stuttgart, where I graduated as a professional ballet dancer. I danced as a soloist at the Dresden Opera (Semperoper) and the Stuttgart Opera House. In my last years as a dancer, I also got into explored teaching, choreographing, and assisting in directing operas.
After finishing my career as a professional dancer, I was faced with the inevitable question:
"What now?" and I decided to make my other dream come true, or rather that other impulse and vital need that I had always had: to be a therapist.
I started by combining something that had always been apart of me and after five years of professional training I received the title of
Art Therapist. From 2008 to 2014 I directed the Art Therapy Studio at the multidisciplinary center "der hof 53" in Frankfurt am Main.
However, my exploratory spirit and my constant need for development led me to understand that I was to look looking for something more. In 2014, after 26 years in Germany, I returned to Spain and embarked on
a new odyssey that culminated in 2020, with a degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology, which allows me to finally unite my knowledge and my experience from the world of art and art therapy with psychology.
